The province is now doubling the payout to $400 per child in Grade 12 or younger, and $500 per child or youth with special needs aged 21 and under.

For parents and caregivers who already received the last payment, the next round of payments for the Ontario Support for Learners will be issued starting April 26, 2021 following the same format you applied in the last round of applications.

Canadian Recovery Benefit (CRB)

If you experienced job-loss or reduction due to COVID-19 and do not qualify for Employment Insurance, you can check your eligibility for the CRB.

The Canada Recovery Caregiving Benefit (CRCB)

CRCB gives income support to employed and self-employed individuals who are unable to work because they must care for their child under 12 years old or a family member who needs supervised care.

The Canada Recovery Sickness Benefit (CRSB)

CRSB gives income support to employed and self-employed individuals who are unable to work because they are sick or need to self-isolate due to COVID-19, or have an underlying health condition that puts them at greater risk of getting COVID-19.
